The owner chef Yoshi Matsumoto with 20 years of experience in Japanese restaurant business created all of our recipes merging local, Hawaiian and Japanese food culture. We believe our signature menu item “Karaage” -Japanese style fried chicken- can be the newest tradition in Seattle!

A convenient location to the World Trade Center, Sauce and barrel is a restaurant with good prices and excellent pizza. If you ever decide to visit this restaurant, I recommend to try the fresh mozzarella, it’s basically a mozzarella stick, but in the form of a cube.

Food for Education is a non-governmental organization that does social work for school children so that they can go to school instead of working for food.
